father in law wishes for bees plz help

hello lovers of bees speaking from the heart, right now. My father in law had 16 tree trunk hives in Mexico. he wishes for one hive and has plenty of space in his home and experience. He only wants a wild swam he was going to get one but the city beat him to it and the city came and fumigated, he was ticked. If anyone sees a wild swarm in the san fernando valley plz hit me up.
