Bees Needed!

I hope this is a proper forum to post, but I am looking for a swarm for the first of my two beehives. I finally have them completely painted, and set up, frames inserted, and ready to go. But, I need a swarm, and a means of helping them establish the honeycomb. I will have the 2nd of the two hives set up with in the next 2 weeks, so would like to inevitably get two.

Each hive is 8-frame Langstroth and elevated on cinderblocks, consisting of one deep super, and one medium super, with a slated base, and screened bottom board.

Any advice, leads, or help is appreciated! I am near Burbank, but willing to travel as necessary in the LA area.
