Beekeeping ordinance finalized in Redondo Beach

Redondo Beach finalized their beekeeping ordinance on Tuesday September 17th. Yay!

What improvements would you make to the ordinance? I’m interesting in hearing as the city of Torrance is thinking of allowing beekeeping and I’d want them to improve upon what Redondo Beach has put into place.
