Home › Forums › HoneyLove Forum › Beekeeping Field Trip for 3 Families
My name is Kirstie and I lead a co-op of three families with early grade school children. We have been studying botany, including pollination and the role bees play. We would love the opportunity to take a mini field trip to visit a local beekeeper. I found this forum and wondered if anyone here might be willing to have us visit. We are in the Whittier area, but would be willing to drive a short distance. Thank you!
I’m a urban beekeeper and sit on the board of HoneyLove and live in Santa Monica. If that is close enough for you to come see my bees just let me know and we can schedule a site visit. I have 4 hives. Paul Hekimian 310-344-1811
