I just ordered a new bee suit online from Bushy Mountain Bee Farm. Unfortunately, even though its an “adult small” its HUGE for me, a petit female. Susan, or other smaller sized bee’ks, which suit do you have? Thanks!

I have this suit for doing big cutouts. For everyday inspections or smaller cutouts I wear a “Sherriff” jacket with fine mesh veil—from the UK.

The Brushy Mountain suit is big and the crotch being so low, is hard to bend and squat while wearing.

I have an adult size large suit with nice embroidered bees, that is too tight on me: 5’5″ 150 lb that I will sell for $30. I wear a ventilated suit from Mann Lake now that is nice and loose.

Thank you @Susan and @Nan! I need a full suit, is there another good option to the Brushy Mountain full suit? The one I currently have is the standard one from Los Angeles Honey Co.

@Nan you typed that the suit is an adult large, is that correct? If so its going to be too big for me, I need a small.

Nan, what size did you get in the Mann Lake? I’ve been wearing a hand-me-down suit in Small (I assume men’s sizing)in 65% poly, 35% cotton and it is definitely too small for me, though probably too big for you, Roxana. I’m 5’7″, 133 lbs and I can get into the suit okay but if I bend over it is tight against hips, elbows, whatever.
