Show and tell of your home hive(s) to Torrance City Counci?

Hi,

I’m looking for someone who is keeping bees in their backyard in a city that it is legal to do so and would be open to showing them to Torrance city government officials, in particular our council and mayor. Ideally, you’d be somewhat close to Torrance and be a model for how to keep bees safely. That is the biggest concern I keep hearing from the public and some members of our city council. I think seeing is believing and I am hopeful that by them getting to see an experienced beekeeper in action with their bees in an urban setting would put to rest many of their fears.
